This piece is part of the Trans Passions series, where the artist has sculpted a series of transgender people as sculptures inspired by their passions in life. This vessel is based on Hippolyta (she/her), who is trans-feminine model based out of the Pacific Northwest. She has a passion for fashion, walking in the ballroom scene and being a muse for other artists. She has a desire to blend her other love of botany with this passion for fashion and modelling.
